Egyptian Chess Rising Star : Mr\Sameh Sadek Deservedly Wins The 13th. Mahalla Open 2011

The Winner Mr.Sameh Sadek Reciving The First Trophy From Dr.Moustafa AboElkhair
 Ahead of 5 IMs and 4 FMs , the very talented Egyptian Chess Rising Star Mr.Sameh Sadek (2351 Elo) won The 13th. Mahalla Open 2011with an incredible (8.5) points out of 9 games and a rating performance 2650 !
Mr.Sameh showed an excellent understanding of the game and outplayed  his opponents with great skills and determination by using any minimum edge in a position to find his way brilliantly through complications and strong will to the full point ; I believe that Mr.Sameh deserves a place in Egypt's National Chess team.
From 2nd to 10th places came : IM\Mohamed Ezat (2430 Elo with 7.5points) ,FM\Hany Sameeh (2212 Elo with 7.5 points) , Abdallh Ezat (2250 Elo with 7 points) IM\Sayed Barakat (2386 Elo with 7 points) ,IM\Kareim Wageih (2303 Elo with 7 points) ,Mohsen Elgabry (2333 Elo with 7 points) ,Reda Fadel Abd El Fatah (2145 Elo with 7points) ,Islam Elhalwagy (7 points) and finally FM\Salah Yousry (2348 Elo with 7 points)
Also : Fatma Gamal Eldin came first U-10 , Mohamed Osama Zayan came first U-12 , Shahenda Wafa came first U-14 , Merihan Mahmoud took the first prize for the highest ranked Woman , Ashraf Anwar came first over Gharbeya , Khaled Atea who won the first prize over 50 years and finally Moustafa Nada won the first Unrated trophy.The Closing ceremony was attended by Dr.Mostafa AboElkhair -Chairman of the Egyptian Chess Federation-and Dr.Essam Hamouda -member of the Egyptian Chess Federation-
The Chief Arbiter was I.A Mr.Yehya Mosalem and I.A Eng.Hassan Khaled was responsible for the pairing.
I would like to congratulate Eng.Refaat Raslan (the tournament director who made a lot of effort and work) for the huge success of the tournament.
