The big surprise of the day was Perihan Assem (12 years old)who was able to hold a draw with the black pieces against Mr\Khaled Abdel Ghany (2133)in a Caro-Kann defence game.IM\Aly yasseen (2320)outplayed his opponent -with the black pieces-in a beautiful Sicilian game against Mr\Ashraf Toson (2116).
