Every Chess Player Should Know This Endgame !

If it is Black to move then Black is either mated or loses the Rook for example:
A)1... Kh6 2.Qf8 or B)1... Rg8 2)Qh5# or c)1... Rg1 2.Qe4+ Kg8 3.Qh8+ Kh7 4.Qa7+ wins the Rook.
If it is White to move ....How to proceed ?
